Compensation Plan Enhancements

Max International is pleased to announce the details of the enhanced Compensation Plan which will go into effect on March 1, 2015.

The Compensation Plan is designed to better reward Max Associates for focusing on building teamwork, group success, and a long-lasting, sustainable Max business. This vision for the compensation plan is reflected in multiple areas of our Max Mission and Values:

March 2015: Enhanced Compensation Plan is now in effect

Max International is excited to announce the launch of new promotions that will promote some of the best aspects of the enhanced Compensation Plan and reward you for building your Max business. Look forward to the announcement of our Enrollment Pack promotion later today and the announcement of our new "Earn Your Way" promotion on March 3rd. We know that this plan will serve the best interests of Max Associates and will pave the way forward for continued record growth throughout the world.

You may now review our official Max Compensation Plan by logging onto your Virtual Office and finding it under the Marketing tab in the Document Library as the Max Comp Plan. Great Associate Benefits as part of the Enhanced Compensation Plan Roll-Out

The announcement of the new compensation plan enhancements has created tremendous excitement and activity around the world. Teams are communicating, coordinating, and establishing goals that will make 2015 another record-breaking year for Max.

The new compensation plan enhancements highlight the importance of teamwork, and it is in that spirit that we present this next exciting announcement!

To help kickoff the new plan enhancements, we are proud to announce that whatever "Paid-As" rank you achieve in February 2015 will be the minimum rank that you will be paid at for business activities in March, April, and May - regardless of your qualification!

For example, if you achieve the rank of Silver in February under the current plan, and in March you don't meet the new plan requirements to be Silver, you will still be a Paid-As Silver! However, if you rank advance again under the new plan requirements to a rank higher than what you achieved in February you will be paid at whichever qualified rank is the highest in that pay period.

In summary, whatever paid-as rank you achieve in February 2015
is the minimum rank you will sustain for the following March, April, and May!

Starting in June 2015, you will commission payments based on whatever rank you qualify for under the new plan.

In addition to the "Paid-As" rank benefit for March, April, and May, Max will provide an additional Matching Check benefit. Regardless of your Matching Check qualifications during March, April, and May, Max will pay ALL earned Matching Check bonuses at the Tier 3 level!

The enhanced plan already has one of the highest Matching Check payout percentages within the industry, and we're excited to offer an incredible payout percentage of up to 50% on all personally enrolled Associates at the Tier 3 Matching Check level!

We are excited to offer both of these incredible benefits to all Associates as part of our official kick-off initiative.

Notes:

  • The benefits offered during this time period will not be applied to incentive rewards such as Diamond Retreat or any other incentive or promotion unless the Business Center meets the qualifications under the new plan.

  • In order to qualify to receive the "Paid As" and Matching Check Benefits during the months of March, April, and May you must have at least 100 PV to be considered as an Active Associate.

  • Any new rank advancements after February 28, 2015 must meet the requirements as listed in the enhanced compensation plan. For full details of the new commission payments please see the official Compensation Plan document in the Virtual Office document library or contact your local Max Customer Care Representative.

Max International is excited to announce that, as of Sunday March 1st, "The Max Opportunity" enhanced Compensation Plan is now completely in effect. The Compensation Plan has been officially released in English. Spanish and French will be released very shortly. While commissions run on March 15th 2015 will be based on the previous plan, all other future commissions will be based on this enhanced plan.

This month we proudly launched the great benefits of the enhanced Max Compensation Plan.  We’ve heard a lot of excitement from the field about how our Associates will be able to use these enhancements to better grow and build their businesses.

One way that you, as an Associate, can take full advantage of the enhanced plan is to have your business center at or above 100 Personal Volume (PV) to maintain your position as an Active Associate. Our records currently show that you are below 100 PV.  If you wish to remain an Active Associate, you will need to be at 100 PV by the end of March, 2015.  By April 1, any Associate who remains under 100 PV will be considered inactive and their volume will be lost.

You can secure your status by ordering product yourself or by securing PV through your personally-enrolled customers.  Product orders can be placed through the Max Virtual Office or through the newly updated corporate website.

Additional Update on Enhanced Compensation Plan

We are now drawing close to the end of the month (i.e. March 2015) and the Enhanced Compensation Plan is in effect with the grandfather clause keeping the equivalent “Paid as” Rank for February and top tier for the Matching Check consistent for March, April, and May so long as the basic PV and Active associate qualifications are in place.

The reminder is to make sure that you continue to qualify and keep your Carry Forward Volume by having 100PV each calendar month where previously it has been 50PV. If you are aware of Associates who may still only have 50PV let them know the requirement is now 100PV and they may need to look at enrolling some more customers or consider another personal product purchase.

Remember also that unlike all the other commission types where the PV can come from personal purchases and/or customers, the Prime bonus requires 100 PV Auto-Ship orders for all involved.
